The Challenge: In 2014, Glen Ivy Hot Springs tapped WOC to be its agency for both social media and PR efforts, in conjunction with its 155th anniversary to help breathed new life into the storied spa.

 

The Execution: WOC stepped up to the challenge executing a highly curated social campaign, alongside prestigious and plentiful press placements, creating a new story line for the media about this Southern California treasure, while finding new and innovative angles, as the property had lost some of its luster over the decades. Promoting their new and innovative programming was a priority. As well, WOC transitioned the brand through new ownership, handling all business related press.

 

The Results: We were responsible for the Instagram account hitting 10k and an awareness campaign to celebrate. Reached new demographics and expanded their client base through promotion of their programming.
