The Challenge: To launch a luxury sparkling water brand out of New Zealand into the Los Angeles market.


The Execution: White Oak Communications aimed to  introduce KOPU to a select group of like-minded influencers and media members through an intimate New Zealand themed dinner experience with KOPU as the focal point. The team worked with a local chef to create a custom menu comprised of New Zealand tastes such as salmon, lamb, seasonal vegetables, and honey that was fermented into a soda. The KOPU water was incorporated into the menu as well as the table centerpieces and other décor throughout the space. WOC created a neon “Instagram” wall to gain more momentum as well.


The Results: 20 total media and influencer guests in attendance. Over 356,500 social impressions.
