The Challenge: Mr. Holmes Bakehouse enlisted WOC’s expertise in 2015 to garner local and national coverage of the rapidly expanding bakery.
The Execution: Our team assisted with launching Mr. Holmes Bakehouse’s L.A. flagship store in Highland Park, while also to boosting visibility of new menu items across all locations. Upon opening, customers formed lines around the block at the new L.A. location just to get their hands on the highly coveted Cruffin.
The Results: WOC attained global press of Mr. Holmes California “sushi” Croissant in Business Insider, Yahoo! News, Daily Mail, Cosmopolitan UK, and Bustle, which quickly helped the pastry go viral. Three short years after the company’s inception, Mr. Holmes’ CEO, Aaron Caddel was honored as a National Zagat 30 Under 30 winner at the age of 25 and the bakery has expanded globally, opening three stores in South Korea. The team plans to continue expansion in 2018 and is dreaming up the next viral pastry as we speak!
